About Our Founder & Manager
Winsy Lam is an experienced early childhood education professional with over a decade of leadership in childcare and Montessori education in Surrey, British Columbia. She is the founder and manager of multiple childcare centres, including North Fleetwood Montessori, Universal Kidz Montessori School, and Kidspot Surrey Childcare Centres. Since 2023, she has also served as an administrator at Arch Canada College, supporting student registration and Montessori program coordination, as well as an instructor responsible for training Montessori teachers. Her work reflects a strong commitment to educator development, quality early learning, and community-focused education.
