About Our Founder & Manager
Winsy Lam is an experienced early childhood education professional with over a decade of leadership in childcare and Montessori education in Surrey, British Columbia. She is the founder and manager of multiple childcare centres, including North Fleetwood Montessori, Universal Kidz Montessori School, and Kidspot Surrey Childcare Centres. Since 2023, she has also served as an administrator at Arch Canada College, supporting student registration and Montessori program coordination, as well as an instructor responsible for training Montessori teachers.

We have had a wonderful experience with Universal Kidz. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being and development. We had an incredible experience at Universal Kidz Montessori. The teachers are incredibly caring, supportive, and friendly, which helped our daughter grow in confidence and develop a love for learning. As her first school, Universal Kidz Montessori laid a strong foundation for her future. She was always happy and excited to go to school each day to meet her friends and teachers, which in itself speaks volumes about the nurturing and positive environment the team created.

My daughter loves going here. She has learned so much, fostered so many friendships and is constantly talking about her day at pickup time. The teachers are nice, attentive and so supportive. I recommend Universal Kidz if you're looking for childcare! My daughter is ready for kindergarten!

The teachers at Universal Kidz Montessori are amazing, kind, loving, and really knowledgeable. My eldest son is graduating this summer and has really enjoyed his 2 years attending this centre. He comes home having learned new skills and they do lots of learning exercises in ways that the kids enjoy. My younger son also attends and he has improved his independence at home through learning skills at the center. The staff provide updates and pictures regarding the kids activities throughout the day which I always look forward to.

We've had an excellent experience with this childcare center. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the children. The facility is clean, organized, and provides engaging activities that support learning and development.
